Official statewide audits have proven once and for all that the 2020 election was the most secure in Michigan’s history. This, combined with record voter turnout, was a win for our democracy and our elected officials should be working to build on that success.

Instead, Republicans are working to pass anti-voter bills that will make it more difficult for eligible voters to cast their ballots. These efforts would take away secure voting options voters across the state have successfully used for decades. Our state deserves better.

Don't fall for the GOP's lies: The lawmakers pushing these changes say that we must choose between our freedom to vote and the security of our elections, but they are wrong. We can do both, and we see right through them.
